Registration Overview

Step 1: Register! Click the button above or download the registration form and mail it to the WCBS Registrar (address below). Review the Accommodations and Rates pages as needed.

Step 1b: A Sponsor and Medical Release form is required for individuals under 18 who will be attending without a parent or guardian.

Step 2: Submit deposit. Please submit your deposit of at least $85 to confirm your registration. You can submit your payment by credit or debit card online or by check in the mail to the WCBS Treasurer (address below).

Step 3: Make final payments. You will receive an email with your final tuition amount. Make final payments prior to July 1st. Payments received after July 1st are subject to a $20 late fee per person.
