WCBS is pleased to be able to offer a wide variety of optional daily activities. Some activities have a scheduled time and place, while others can be enjoyed at any time.

If you have an idea for an activity, please let the Committee know via the Contact page. We are always happy to hear suggestions or get volunteers to lead activities.

Scheduled Activities

• Bible readings Held each afternoon at 4pm.
• Choir Held each afternoon at 5pm, all skill levels welcome! 
• Yoga Held after lunch twice during the week, all skill levels welcome! Join us for an invigorating and meditative vinyasa practice. 
• Swimming The swimming pool is open daily from 2:00pm-3:50pm.
• Ladies Tea Held on Monday afternoon, the Ladies Tea is a fun gathering that combines get-to-know-you games with a female-led devotion and yummy snacks.
• Tabitha Boutique All year, attendees spend time crafting and curating artwork, handmade items, and other gifts to be sold at the annual Tabitha Boutique. The Boutique is open most afternoons for browsing and purchasing. 100% of the proceeds go towards the bible school.

On-site Activities

• Various sports Menucha grounds have facilities for tennis, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, foosball, and spacious lawns for soccer or football. WCBS has long standing traditions of volleyball tournaments, bocce ball tournaments, and – new last year – a bracketed ping-pong tournament. There’s always something to participate in or simply spectate.
• Trail walks Menucha is situated in one of the most famous and picturesque places in the U.S. There are countless hiking trails to admire God’s creation, some accessible without leaving Menucha grounds.

Evening Program
We like to end each day with an evening program to gather together one last time after dinner. Though the specific content of each evening varies year to year, the basic schedule is below:

• Monday: Icebreaker
• Tuesday: Folk Dancing and Hymn Sing (this is often held outside on the lawn, weather permitting). Ice cream social afterwards!
• Wednesday: Presentation about mission work, charitable cause, or other acts of service being conducted worldwide.
• Thursday: Talent Night
• Friday: Children’s Program and Choir Recital. Ice cream social afterwards!
